Art and the Metacrisis

The usual metacrisis channels haven’t been calling me recently, and I have been taking solace in art … and then I realised that the art was all - somehow - still ‘metacrisis-related’:
MUSIC: I might be a bit late to French-Canadian duo Angine de Poitrine, but they simultaneously made me laugh and fried my brain. The perfect soundtrack to the metacrisis, perhaps?!
VISUAL: I’m definitely late to Jean-Michel Basquiat, but he definitely ‘saw’ the metacrisis. And I have a suspicion that trickster-Ravens know more than they let on.
WRITING: Drift is an urban explorer [translation: he climbs various urban structures, often famous ones, and probably illegally so far as I can tell]. He takes breath-taking pictures while exploring, and is also an interesting writer - on ‘The Death of Image’ and how ‘Every Truth is a Suggestion’.
I hope some of that speaks to some of you the way it did to me…
