Forward to the Future

If I was a Time Traveller, what might I nudge now for a better future?

From films like ‘Back to the Future’*, we’re familiar with the idea that if we go back in time, we need to be careful because the tiniest action can have an enormous effect on the future…

But we rarely see things the other way: we tend to think that the little things we do today have no bearing on future events.

What if they did? Any Time Traveller could tell you it’s the small things that eventually make the big differences – even if we can’t necessarily see them.

Sometimes when we look around at the world, it seems overwhelming – so much is happening, and we feel irrelevant and inconsequential.

But maybe we’re not?

Maybe it’s the little things that matter?

*There’s a weird irony in that I was supposed to post this yesterday - Nov 5th, as that is the date Marty goes back to in the first film … but I forgot! Some sort of crack in the time continuum, perhaps?!
