There’s Nothing New
For as long as humans have been around, we’ve been thinking and creating and collaborating. There’s no need to reinvent the wheel. We can learn from our accumulated wisdom.

No Quick Fixes
The important stuff in life takes time. No hacks, no shortcuts. No “Four Ways to Fix Your Life in Four Days”. Instead – clarity, commitment, and patience. [And then more patience.]

It’s Always Both
Computers are digital, but people are analogue. The answer to almost every question is – “It depends” – and that’s not a cop out. It’s hard. This and that. You and Me. Them and Us.

Being And Doing
Who we are affects what we do. Then what we do impacts who we are. Being and Doing are yin and yang. Finding our balance as the pendulum continually swings isn’t easy, but is crucial.

Connection Matters
None of us get through this on our own. The strongest bonds form when there is integrity and honesty. Courage and vulnerability. Kindness. With the people around us – and with ourselves.

Everything Evolves
You will change. I will change. We will change. The speed might vary, but continuous evolution is inevitable. What matters is whether we ignore it, or recognise that change is how we grow.

I expand on these ideas in my journal. You can learn more about me here – or perhaps we could work together?
