Weekly Planner
Set a specific time to plan out the week ahead – Sunday evening is often a good choice. What are your ‘Roles’ this week – parent, friend, worker, team member, etc, and decide what ‘Goals’ you have for each Role.
What personal development are you doing? How are you ‘sharpening the saw’ this week?
And at the end of each day, write down three things that made the day great.
Goal Tracker
Keep yourself accountable with your goals. List the benefits of achieving them, the obstacles and solutions, the specific tasks necessary, who can help, and how you will reward yourself when you complete it.
Spend a few moments every day reviewing your completed sheets.
Habit Tracker
Sometimes, habits can be formed in a surprisingly short time.
Simply keep this somewhere visible, and put a cross in the box every time you do those sit ups, read ten pages, or whatever it is you’re working on.
Once you’ve got a streak going, you won’t want to break it!
Yearly Review
Perfect for that strange week between Christmas and New Year, where not a lot happens.
Take an hour to think about what went well and what didn’t go so well, so you can make next year even better…
